Recent pictures and trip reports
Two trip reports and pictures from a Mt Hamilton ride that started at a closed restaurant in Livermore.
Seven riders (nine for breakfast) turned out for this end of March in the north bay. Chris provides a ride report and pictures. Major WWWobble added a few pictures, too.
Today’s jaunt in the Santa Cruz mountains and coastal range was dedicated to those lane-and-a-half (at best) roads that are haphazardly maintained and fun to ride. Several were found. Some were ridden for the very first time. Lots of pictures from Marc, Chris, and Joe.
Six riders headed north. The report is from Major WWWobble, the pics from Dick, Chris, and Joe. Added confusion is that Chris and Joe sent many of the same pics. Who took what? Dunno.
First ride of 2012. Three riders. North bay roads.
The weather folks were warning of high winds from the East. Of course that was the planned direction. When some of the riders nixed going up Mt Diablo (70+ MPH winds reported) Chris led us instead on a tour of the low level wind generations farms in the Sacramento river delta. WWWobble and Marc returned early.
Six riders, eventually, rode some of the north bay back roads with lunch in Howards Cafe the intended destination. Report and pictures from Chris.
